Sooner or Later...

Al Salam Alaikum wa Rahmat Allah wa Barakatoh

The two weeks of hard work passed...yesterday was my last final exam...I really cannot imagine how this happened...it was just an unbelievable thing!!!...Al Hamdolellah...Al Hamdolellah...Al Hamdolellah.

This period reminded me of my life...how short our life is!  It's really something worthy stopping for a while to think about it.  Every time when we are exhausted of the heavy load on our shoulders, we'll be looking forward to having a vacation...say summer vacation...did you ever think what does that mean?!  It is as if we are in a hurry and we want our "short" life to pass quickly...then what?!  Then the end of it...the very true experience that all of us will go through...whether sooner or later.

This thing will trigger us to work for another life...the Hereafter!  Right?  When we will have a daily work for our second life or say our last life...we won't waste our time...and as a result we will be -at least as much as we can- ready to leave this life for the everlasting one carrying something that is of value for us...and what is it?  Is it our wealth?...our health?...our children?...our beloved ones?  Of course not...non of these things will be our companions in our "grave"...It Is Only our "DEEDS"..."عملنا" and nothing else whether our good deeds or the bad deeds of us...it is what we are doing in this life....Then..if it was good...we should thank Allah for that…or, if it was the opposite...we shouldn't blame anybody else but our "own" selves.

May Allah Guides us in this life to be saints "ورعين، أتقياء" and saves us from being sinners "آثمين، مذنبين"...Amen.
