Sorry....I Didn't Do It !!!!

Al Salam Alaikum wa Rahmat Allah wa Barakatoh
I promised to mention some of Allah's other rewards for the ones who visit sick people whether at hospital or at home.  On the other hand, I'll postpone this issue till I go back home since I have to do few operations and receive other medications here in Dubai.
One thing I would like to share with everybody is that all of the problems and dilemmas we are facing in this life is out of our sins regardless of their size.  One of the followers of the followers of Prophet Mohammad –peace and blessings of Allah be upon him- say that when he commits any kind of sins or he does any mistake he will see that in return in his wife's behavior with him and even in the manners of his ridden animal whether his horse, camel, or whatever;  meaning:   He will be negatively or badly treated or he's being abused by the closest and mostly beloved creatures around him.
And before that which is from about more than 1450 years back Allah said in the Holy Qur'an:
"وما أصابكم من مصيبة فبما كسبت أيديكم ويعفو عن كثير"
Meaning:  And Whatever of misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned.  And He pardons much. *
"ظهر الفساد في البر والبحر بما كسبت أيدي الناس ليذيقهم بعض الذي عملوا لعلهم يرجعون"
Meaning:  Evil (sins and disobedience to Allah) has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned (by oppression and evil deeds), that He (Allah) may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return (by repenting to Allah, and begging His Pardon). *
"أولما أصابتكم مصيبة قد أصبتم مثليها قلتم أنى هذا قل هو من عند أنفسكم"
Meaning:  (What is the matter with you?)  When a single disaster smites you, although you smote (your enemies) with one twice as great, you say:  "From where does this come to us?" Say (to them),  "It is from yourselves (because of your evil deeds)."  And Allah has power over all things. *
And many other "A'yaat"; meaning:  "The verses" in Al Qur'an Al Kareem,
having the same meaning and stressing the same issue, but what I mentioned are fair enough to whom is really concerned and wants to change him/her self positively.
