"Zamzam" (2)

Al Salam Alaikum wa Rahmat Allah wa Barakatoh

Another saying of Prophet Mohammad -peace & blessings of Allah is upon him- about Zamzam water that it is:

"طعام طعم، وشفاء سقم"

Meaning:

1.  Zamzam can be a substitute of food, or in other words when you're hungry, you can drink Zamzam and you'll be full as if you've eaten a whole meal.

2.  Zamzam also is a medication for diseases, whatever was the disease, Allah can cure it by Zamzam but with the conditions mentioned earlier (you're kindly advised to review yesterday's blog "Zamzam"....The Powerful Water!!!).

There is a part of a story happened with one of the followers, I'm not sure whether he is "Abu Thar" or "Abu Hurairah", when he was in his "journey" searching for the right path before entering Islam.  And since he was a poor man, but at the same time doesn't ask the help of others or beg others, he stayed a whole month in the "Haram" which is the Mosque of Makkah, where the "Ka'aba" is located.

During this month he was eating or drinking nothing but "Zamzam", and he told prophet Mohammad -peace and blessings of Allah be upon him- after he had entered Islam that he got fat during this month.

From where can I get this amazing kind of water?!!!  This is what I'll tell you next time inshallah...
